BMW F30 340i Adaptive M Suspension Repair and Replacement
2016 - 2018 340i Adaptive M Suspensions when they have issues what are the options to replace them either with same or aftermarket. Is it also possible to change to a non-adaptive types?

Not sure I understand the question?
If something breaks - there is always a spare, replacement part (from BMW). It is not an alien tehcnology. And yes - there are aftermarket (adaptive and non-adaptive) solutions. Not sure what you are after though.... Especially since you are mentioning LCI years - the Adaptive M suspension is very, very decent....! I love it.

Lots of options and yes you can change to non EDC style and either get an EDC cancellation kit or have it coded out
