Stuck in an SOS Call loop for over 10 hours, battery dying

So a few months ago I got a 2014 320i xDrive and was able to code in bluetooth audio for myself without much issue. Well today SOMEHOW my SOS Call got turned on and it's stuck trying to call out but cant and has been in this loop for going on 10 hours. Any direction would be awesome. I've tried fully disconnecting the battery and it just restarts with no clock and the SOS mode still active.

Try pressing and holding volume button until restart.

It doesn't even respond to when i try that

It could take more than 30 seconds of holding.

Try coding off the SOS and see if it fixes it. Then recode it back and see if the problem returns.
