Parting out from 2008 e90 mods

I can't find the link where I had a feeler out for this before but I have time now to part out mods. Sorry to anyone who took the time to PM me on the last post, I've been struggling the last two months going from a big firm to setting up my own solo practice...and

... gonna have to sell the bimmer 2 buy a prius for the gas n 50k miles I will prob rack up the next two years...I don't have the do it yourself to remove anything but the JB4. All these parts are off an E90 (FMIC is for e92 they sent wrong one and shop had to cut some plastics and fab the hoses). I would like to do this work on weekends...If your doing the work I am buying the beer.

These parts have approx 15 to 20k miles on them. Cannot ship anything but the JB4. Plz PM offers.

JB4: I just need to clear out codes and remove it and can do that this next weekend.

HKS Exhaust, find a shop in Dallas that will swap out for your OEM e90 exhaust and make me an offer.

CP-E Downpipes. I may leave these on unless someone able to do the work to swap out or a shop that will do it, I still have my OEMs but these were really, really pensive to get installed. [update - pending deal]

AA BOV kit. If your in DFW and willing to swap out your stock for AA BOV kit, make an offer [Update--> if you know someone who will swap for stock for beer money, otherwise turns out to pensive to be worth me swapping].

AA FMIC. If your in DFW and know a shop that can remove AA FMIC (for e92) and reinstall the oem, pm me. Will sell for 40% of retail price.

H&R rear sway bar. This is still in the box, I am willing to ship this. Its new asking 50% of retail.

Koni FSD Shocks. [update] keeping these on, too expensive to be worth swap.

Injen intake. Asking $150 if you got someone who can swap for stock airbox.

HK 12/20mm spacers. Asking $100 for all 4, local pick up.

Blacklines: in good condition. If you do the swap out, I have my oems so keep yours and ebay them, I have the boxes.

Spare tire kit. [update - SOLD]

And of course 08 335i e90 Black Saphire, tan interior, 72,5XX miles. brand new tires, forgot what kind they were like $900. About to install new OEM rotors and pads. Remainder of CP0 warranty to 100k miles or 3/2014. Asking $21,500.
