A lot of the well optioned and low miles cars sold during the pandemic. It's slim pickings out there. I'd recommend to widen your search radius and be prepared to travel to pick up an ideal spec and drive or ship it home.

Be sure to pick up an M Sport.

I had to do this. Got my 2018 440i with 112k miles for 17,5. I had to fly to Texas and drive it back to FL. I didn’t make it back home and had to get it trailered, but it’s the effort that counts? 😁

That's an A for effort if I've ever seen it lol.

I flew to Atlanta to pick up a snapper rocks blue 2020 440i and was going to drive it home to Tampa but they sold it out from under me. Ended up finding my current 440i with MPPSK locally about 2 weeks later. Crazy how things work out.

Damn, you flew there and had to go home empty handed? Been looking for a new F32 but ill most likely have to travel to get it. That's one of my fears with buying out of state.

I kept the story short. I flew there to look at the 440i and was going to drive my old 430i up there the following weekend to trade it in. Before I could go drive up there they sold the car. In the dealer's defense I didn't put down a deposit.

The local 440i I found a couple weeks later I didn't make that mistake again and put down a deposit lol.

The F32 is a great car. Get a B58 or even an N55.

I did exactly this. Jan of 22 drove from NJ to VT to pick up a 19 F32 B58 manual. Overpaid a bit but I’m planning on keeping it so it was worth it to me.

Semi-related, it took me 10-months to find my post-LCI F80 6mt zcp in alpine white with an executive package under 20K mileage and I flew from NC to MI to pick it up and drive back… patience is a virtue if you really want something specific
