It very much looks like an iX, I'm guessing the X3 sized version. Front of vehicle is still very tall, I wonder what they will do with all of the space below the Neue Klasse wide kidney bean headlights. The charge port door is still on the passenger side (I wish they would move it to driver's side), but it is farther back on the vehicle, perhaps to be a bit more compatible with U.S. Tesla chargers. The rear tailgate looks like it doesn't completely incorporate the rear taillights. I suspect the tailgate will look more EQE SUV style.

I just read in a local financial magazine that BMW and MB are aiming mainly at reducing their production costs significantly with these new cars. They have to, to remain relevant in a near future saturated BEV car market where power, control and efficiency will have become low cost commodities.

I guess, we'll discover soon enough.
