Offsets, how much tread?

I won't know how much tread for sure i have until i take it off this Saturday. I'm guessing around 65%-70% rear, 80% fronts?

As for the offsets. I bought these off a friend a couple years a go. I am clueless as to what the offsets are. I would need to measure it after it is off the car? Sorry.

If i had to guess

18x8.5 +38 front (I have 18? mm spacers up front to clear the helper springs on my FK silverline x)
18x9.5 +22 rears (I have 12 mm spacers in rear)

Bump for a sick looking set of wheels. Wrapped in the same setup. GLWS!!!

the offsets are stamped on the hub, you can see the '22' on the big picture of one of the rears, next to the 9 1/2 x 18J, but there are no good pictures of the front wheels. I will check on my other computer that has a high res monitor.

I want the rims. Don't need TPMS. Tires are fine. So ideally I will find someone who wants TPMS; best would be if someone local there wants both TPMS and tires so you could just ship me the rims at a lower price. But life is hardly ever perfect...

I could take off TPMS. I would like to sell both the tires and rims. Only problem would be shipping as i don't know how much that is going to be. I'll check what the front offsets are after work.

Back up for sale. There was an issue that prevented me from shipping the tires/rims. I will have the wheels and tires in my possession on Saturday. I will sell the rim's separately but the price won't go down much more than it is. Also the TPMS is out now.
