I'm seeing some significant differences between bank 1 and bank 2 fuel trims, both short term and long term, indicating that bank 1 is running richer than bank 2. Car runs fine, MHD V10 Stage 1 with no fault codes, all up to date on maintenance, new plugs/coils within the last 5000 miles. No indication of any leaky injectors either, cold starts are instant with no long crank and plugs are dry when removed after letting the car sit overnight.

Bank 1 has three original Index 1 injectors from 2007. Bank 2 has a mix of two Index 12 and one Index 9.

Are the Index 1 injectors faulty? Lazy O2 sensors? VANOS solenoids?

Cold start idle is a little wonky, nothing horrible but a few minor hiccups. Once warm idle is perfectly smooth.

I see a lot of fuel being pulled out of bank 1 across the board. Even when the ltft of both banks get close under boost, you can see the stft of bank 1 drops very negative at the same time.

It could be injectors, but being that they are super expensive right now, it may be worth further diagnosing or even replacing your bank 1 upstream O2 sensor to rule that out.
