xDrive and 9.5" vs 10" rim for 275/35 tire

Im considering to buy wheels front: 9x18 +tire 245/40 and 9.5" or 10x18 +tire 275/35 for xDrive car. Can the different stretch ratio 245/9(=27.2) and 275/ 9.5"(=28.95) vs 10"(=27.5) have any impact on the circumference and potentially on xdirve? Respectively is the 9.5" rear rim fine for this combo with the 9" front rim?

9.5 is fine for a 275, it won't be stretched or bulging. 245 on a 9 will be slightly stretched which would make the diameter slightly smaller And closer to the 275. However, I would run 245/45 and 275/40 unless you are significantly lowered.

Does it mean - smaller diameter and bigger width eg 250?

255/40/18 is a stock size to compare to. A 245/40/18 would be 25.7" vs 26" stock diameter. 275/35/18 would be 25.6" vs 26". This would increase the wheel gap unless you are lowered. I also prefer more sidewall on my tires, so that's why I'd recommend the 45.

for the 285 tire is a 10" rim needed I guess. And Im afraid of the front wheels rubbing and the rear ones will pop out

9.5" is the min rim width req'd for 285. will not poke, however the sidewall will have slight bulge, though. 255/40/18 at ET30 will not rub up front.

here is strawhatdan with 255/40/18 on 9" ET30 front, 285/35/18 on 10.5" ET40 rear. 285/35/18 on 9.5" ET45 will be 5mm more tucked and sidewalls will bulge on 9.5" compared to vertical on a 10.5".

235/45+265/40 are both 10mm wider and 0.3" taller than stock
.

which wheel tire combo would you recommend to me from the PROTACK ONE (for F31 340iXdrive with stage2-3) ? The car is lowered on the KW PnP suspension, and neg camber front/rear ca -1,7°
Im generally afraid of rubbing so wanna be 100% sure I will not. Some people here claim even the 275/35 rubs

Thanks

245/40/18+275/35/18 on 18x9 ET30+18x10 ET40 (safest for you), OR
255/40/18+285/35/18 on 18x9 ET30+18x10 ET40

the most likely reason why their 275/35 is rubbing is because the offset is too high(rub inside) or too low(rub fenderlip under compression)

although increasing tire width(and compound) is one solution for traction. even on an x-drive, you should consider an LSD if you want to put big power to the rear wheels efficiently.
