Bear in mind that you're telling prospective buyers that the last time it was serviced was nearly 3 years ago, that'd put a fair few people right off it

i am just following what the car estimates, its actually January 2024 or 7,000 miles and Brake Fluid is July 2023

Not ULEZ compliant, could be an issue depending on where in Surrey you live/work/travel to and probably another reason for sale.

Looked this up on Parkers - I have the full subscription at the moment. £13.5k or very close. People wont pay you extra for you having replaced brake pads, battery etc. That's just servicing. It increases the probability of a sale more than the price. There are relatively few options that add much if anything to prices at this age. The remapping will definitely be off-putting for many buyers GLWTS

People are going to ask questions about the 'professionally resprayed front end on insurance...' If you're going to mention it I would be mentioning the reason for it.
