Even worn tires can cause tramlining.

Bad camber wear will cause tramlining on uneven roads, but won't vibrate. Vibration only occurs when you have bad toe, or if you have aftermarket wheel with no hubcentric rings installed.

Do you have aftermarket wheels?
Did you hit a pothole, curb?

If so, your tires/rim could be warped.

Vibration can also occur if you have loose or worn wheel bearings, or a driveshaft out of balance, or worn or un-lubed u-joints, or any number of bent suspension parts. Go easy on the absolutes man. The good advice is to start with the wheel balancing and go from there.

Bent rim, worn bushings, strut mount bushings...

It could be control arm bushings. My 330ci had these same symptoms and that is what it was. What year is the car and how many miles on it? I think this occured on my 330 around 90k miles
