Tyre advice please

I have to change all 4 corners planning on ditching run flats? Need some advice please

I've got an e92 lci which I believe have wider offset

Would I be able to upsize without causing rubbing, note will be running the rears on 12mm spacers ?

I plan on getting Goodyear Assym 2's 265/30/19 and 235/35/19

Also how do these compare against Michelin pilot sports and Conti 5p's?

Offset is for the wheels Fella, you mean track.

The rear track of both the pre lci and later model of the E92 are the same at 1506mm.

The E90 had it's track widened on the LCI, and many assumed the E92 followed suit.

You'll probably get away with 12mm spacers and 265 tyres on the rear (19's with an offset of ET39 - MV4's), just be careful going over speed bumps, uneven road surfaces etc, especially when laden in the rear/carrying passengers.
I often experienced rubbing with the specs mentioned, and in the above scenario
