Painting plastic aero bumper

Looking some advice on sanding a plastic pu aero lip for se bumper.

I have plastic primer, 2k epoxy primer filler, base coat and 2k clear.

Not sure on the sanding stages. I need to do a little filler on some pin holes and a little bit shaping round edges.

Any advice would be great.
