Unhappy This is how my MPPSK order from getBMWparts arrived

It took little over 3 weeks from order to delivery date and this is how it arrived. The delivery driver said he tried to tape as much as he can when he got it and the stuffs inside already lossen apart. I will have to wait till Monday for my dealership to take a look and see if there's any damage before they install it. Hopefully nothing is damaged.

Can't recommend anyone from ordering from getBMWparts anymore cause of my experience with them. They took forever to provide order update and ship order out. The parts were at their location for almost a week before they start shipping them to me. Thought I save a couple hundred bucks to order online but next time I will just order directly with my local dealership.

Sir, just my opinion, but that should be sent back right away. With their actions to date, good luck if anything is missing and or damaged. Thanks for letting us know, but keep it simple and just send it back. Hope you charged it so you can stop payment. Best of Luck.

Most dealers will match their prices, that's how I ordered mine. Didn't have to worry about shipping issues neither. That should be sent back, that kit is not cheap...

Should have dealer order it and price match. Ship to dealer and they install.

You will have to bring it to a dealer anyway to install/flash it, it's not a customer install part.

Damn that box is fubared. In my opinion if it's not damaged you might as well install it. The courier played basketball with the box by the looks of it. If anything is damaged send it back.

You're one step closer to experiencing the bliss of the MPPSK! It sounds wonderful I have it and love it. Whenever you get it installed enjoy!

Yeah I inspected everything but didn't see any damage that I can tell. I don't even know what is supposed to be included in the package to check if anything is missing. I just dropped the car and everything off at the dealership so they can inspect and install it. Already emailed getBMWparts and haven't got any response yet.

from what i know you're supposed to get an envelope with the Key to your MPPSK tune that the dealership needs to use to install the tune. other than the hardware, that's what I'd be most concerned about getting, I believe you can't replace it if lost.

He's right. The Serial number and Key number come in a red envelope and are what the dealership needs to install the tune.
The red envelope comes in a larger white envelope.

It seems like the envelope might be in this package. Guess the dealership will let me know soon if anything is missing lol

It appears the exposed midpipe took no damage, so I'm speculating the rest is fine. Everything should be good with a happy ending

Looks like you got it in the car to take to the dealer, I was curious if it will fit in the car, maybe with the rear seats down you have enough space to get it in there. After all, it does fit under the car so should fit in it.

Yes everything fit in the car after taking it out of the box. I did have the back seat down.
