My F33 is now 8 years old [approaching 100k miles] and now corners like a barge, so I think the time has come to replace the suspension components - the front adaptive dampers were replaced in March as they were leaking.

So I'm looking for recommendations for a garage around the Watford area of NW London who could undertake the works.

Swift Performance in Aylesbury did the Ohlins refresh on my car a few months ago, plus custom geo, and did a great job.

They are BMW specialists and I highly recommend them.

Russ and Tim are the main guys with the spanners. They run (multiple) modified cars, including a full track spec M2. They also did the suspension, brakes, and engine rebuild of Joe Achilles’ M2 after he over-revived it on track.

Really knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth.

My F31 was already running Ohlins R&T but, due to long-term problems with noise from the front dampers, Ohlins provided a new full set (front & rear) of the 2nd Gen R&T free of charge.
