Nobody can argue that he's talented he's good. When you objectively look at his skills, it almost seems like he was built to play basketball. But when you look at his intangibles, mentality, heart.... he's a midget.

Here is why I don't like him. I am feeling bad for him these days though... but he kind of brought his on himself.

He declares himself king, the chosen one... yet when it really matters he comes up small, when the team most needs him he disappears. Not just a game winner, this game or the series but his whole career. Just look at his 4th quarter performance of all these close games. Just compare his NBA final stats with the company he is often put in.
People always bring up the argument about how many game winners Jordan missed. But Jordan actually fought to get those shots... He shot them with 'I will make it go in. I will win this game' attitude. Lebron often look dejected in late games, almost unwilling to take the shots... not confident in his abilities.
Compare it to this... Kobe at 18, his rookie year.

Did this do anything to Kobe's confidence? I say it only made him stronger.

Eventually just by chance... Lebron should make a few game winners but that should never end the argument. Maybe he will come out big in game 6... But until he can constantly show it on the floor of similar stage and circumstances... criticism won't go away.

He promises cleveland a championship. He pretty much quits game 5 of Eastern Conference Final. He promises he will do everything until they win one... What does he do? Most dramatic exit ever.

He constantly acts childish, petty and arrogant... he just comes off egotistical

I can only laugh at these LJ defenders who now say LJ wants to be like Magic...

Im not a miami heat or lebron fan but I don't know why people hate Lebron so much, his contract expired in cleveland and he went to miami for a better chance to win a championship. One superstar can't win a championship. Jordan had Pippen, Pierce had Allen and Garnett, Magic had Worth and Jabbar, Kobe had O'neal and the list goes on and on. So Lebron wanted a superstar on his team.

the guy's a beast. he's not just a scoring machine - he regularly pulls down triple doubles, as in he is an all arounder.

too bad he plays for the heat, though.
