Bluetooth connection set the volume of my iPhone to zero?

Maybe it's an Apple issue, but I am not sure. When I get into my BMW M850i my iPhone 12 (15.4.1) connects automatically to the iDrive System. When I start an app like "blitzer" who should give me voice output via HFP it doesnt work, because the general volume of my iPhone was set to zero after connecting with the car.
