the leds are not so dotty in person, but that is there a little only.
the quality seems just as good as the oem halogens maybe it feels a bit better, ive got a hid kit but even before the road lights up better with these. either-way if its down to looks these look a 1000% better than stock halogen they look so 90s and really let the look of the car down. these are much better and unless there are any other lights out there that are much better than these in a similar price range id go for these all day long over halogen. |

Just been told by the UK place selling these that their versions use a separate h7 bulb for high beam
Sorry to be a pain but have you any pics with the HIDs switched on bud? |

No they told me high and low beam use separate bulbs. So I assume the inner projector is the high beam, the outer one being the low beam. Yet they look identical to your headlights

Hey has anyone noticed any reliability issues thus far?
I'm just about to pull the trigger on a pair of these with Cree 7th generation LEDs (since I can't seem to find the 6th gens anywhere). I think that's the last bit of paranoia I have left... |

nothing yet would be good to hear from others that have had them more long term, but still 100% better than halogens, page 6 has some great pics of a white f30 like mine with them fitted with decent snaps taken.

Guys are the LED U's warm white or cool white?
Need to know because I'll need to try and match a set of HIDs to them. 5000k would be best suited to warm white 6000k would be best suited to cool white |

Has anyone had to code these? I've gotten my second pair of these from protuninglab but they're throwing a DRL error code. During night time in auto setting they work fine but day time auto or off position only one side works correctly. Also in the auxiliary position only one DRL projector works. The company advertises no coding needed but I suspect these do need to be coded to work correctly. Does anyone have the correct coding information for these to work?

For those that have installed these headlights. How smooth is the light from the “U” shaped day time running lights in person? Looking at the pics in this thread it seems as if you can see the individual LEDs behind the “U” shaped acrylics. I am hoping this is different in person.

I'm not sure if this has happened to someone else, but one person has told me that at night (on auto), the lights look like they flicker and one headlight was brighter than the other. I think coding can get rid of the flicker but I'm not sure about the brightness thing. Last edited by Diddler; 11-23-2016 at 02:05 AM.. |

EDIT: Actually no coding is needed - my lights don't flicker at all. I may need to adjust the passenger headlight up a bit. Last edited by Diddler; 11-29-2016 at 05:21 PM.. |

Kinda frustrated that even my second pair wasn't a plug-n-play working correctly. I'm going to return these and get OEM ones and code them in.
