Hello all,

I have a 2013 E70 X5 35i equipped with the N55 and ZF8HP. The vehicle was purchased new at Performance BMW in Chapel hill and then I purchased it through them after it was traded in for a new X5 so I am the second owner.

The vehicle has always been a North Carolina car so it does not suffer from oxidation and corrosion.

Currently sitting at 92,XXX miles, purchased with 82,XXX miles.

The vehicle is in exceptional condition and always dealer maintained (records available)

This truck has every option minus third row and heated rear seats/steering wheel. Currently up to date on all maintenance with a few small modifications.

Modifications:
Black double slat kidneys
Golf tee mod
VRSF charge pipe
K&N drop in filter
ECS billet oil filter cap
MHD stage 2+
NGK 2-step colder plugs (N20 iirc?)
Custom alcantara steering wheel by Drozd upholstery (thickened, M stitching, grey alcantara)
Genuine alcanatara steering wheel trim (matches the custom wheel perfectly)
18MM and 30MM rear spacers/extended bolts
Genuine trunk mat
Genuine euro front plate holder

Maintenance: (all genuine parts)
OEM brake fluid
OEM coolant flush
OEM coolant reservoir
TC fluid change
OEM engine oil and filter change
Rear hatch actuator replaced under warranty
New foil protectors on side skirts and rear bumper

Current issues:
Driver door soft close feature not working currently
Some peeling on interior soft-touch pieces on console (around cup holder/shifter)

Soon I will acquire the build sheet and post it up.

Primarily interested in trading for a DCT E92 M3 LCI (carbon roof only) and willing to travel.

The car is not paid off, so i'm not sure how that works?
