Long shot... but wondering if anyone has any management contacts at BMW of Murrietta.

I just bought a CPO M550i from there and had it shipped to me in MD. It showed up filthy as hell for 1 but washing it wasn't a big deal. On the highway I noticed a vibration. I took it to my local dealer and they showed me that one wheel was bent and needed to be replaced/fixed. Also, the motorized rear sunshade doesn't seem to be working.

Im most concerned with this wheel. I didn't pay all this money for this car to have it vibrating on highways. Ive been trying to get ahold of someone there for weeks. I finally got a call from the sales manager on Tuesday saying he'll call the local dealer to talk about the wheel and asked for their phone number. I reached out to the local dealer and nobody from Murrietta even called them. Now the folks at Murrietta don't pick up calls or even respond to emails. I'm getting a bit frustrated with this.
