Background:
Bought my E90 back in April 2016, it had 109,000 mi. Currently it has 192,000mi on it. I've done an overhaul with this E90 over the years, it is time for me to buy a home so I am trying put this towards a downpayment. This E90 was bought from Coggin BMW in Fort Pierce, FL. I am the 3rd owner of this vehicle. I am open to shipping, buyer will be responsible to shipping costs and logistics. Car will come with spare replacement driver seat upper section cover, new ignition coil, new steering fluid reservoir, new steering wheel stitching kit, new drain plug and other miscellaneous unused items for the vehicle.

Battery Replaced in 2019, I keep it connected to a C-Tek battery tender 24/7. Starts right up as of today (07-19-2022).

Active Autowerke E90 N52 Performance Tune. I went down to their Miami shop and had the tune done in person.

Issues:
Scratches on one of the wheels.
Scratch on the hood, near the emblem.
Small dent on hood, driver door and scratch on driver side quarter panel
Scratch on passenger side quarter panel.
Tear on driver upper seat cover. I have a replacement cover sitting in a box.
Rear passenger door seal has a tear, headliner is loose and needs adhesive (moonroof headliner too, I have new oem part)
Paint peel on the rear bumper, passenger side about an inch long.

Note:
Known accident when I purchased the vehicle, there was a fender bender at one point, they had replaced the front bumper. Other than that no accidents, just wear and tear over the years. I did a PPI before I purchased the vehicle from Coggin BMW, no frame damage nor major mechanical failures. This E90 starts right up, no major issues, no check engine lights, it feels very responsive and noticeably quicker with all of the upgrades. I recently had Hydra Motor Works in West Palm Beach, FL replace two of the front suspension top bearings.
