Congratulations on the new ride. There were a few recent threads on this, I think. The trim pieces can certainly be swapped out - just a matter of sourcing the replacements. The dark wood against the light tan leather should look nice.

E 55 Wagon
Thanks, yep, v rare. 202 came into the US over two years.
40 k miles and I bought it very correctly. Owner did not know it was the lowest mile wagon in the US by 25 k miles and that they trade at a 14k premium over the sedan when perfect. I drive quite a bit, so just did not want to roll highway miles onto it. Got $35k for it and it went to a great owner. He has the lowest mileage original M5 in the US.. A true fanatic. Happy for him. |

Hey, Eric Here in Marin County. I am looking to do a swap for dark wood.
I was chatting with a guy in NYC, I did not feel that he know how to properly remove all and worried it may be damaged in the process. Mine is off a 2011 M550. All pieces flawless except minor scratches on the center console piece by shifter. Only noticeable if the sun is just right and you look for them. How about yours? 415-302-4914 cell |
