Best SA's in Toronto
Hi everyone,
Did a search but didn't see any recent posts regarding this. I bought my car at Budd's Hamilton, but it's way too much of a pain to go there for service. I hear some dealers do not treat you nearly as well if you didn't not buy the car from them (won't get you in for appointments as easily, will only do everything exactly by the book - eg. if there is a borderline warranty issue, etc.). Is this true of BMW Toronto or Parkview? Am I best to keep it in the Budd's family and make the trip to Budd's Oakville? I'm located mid-town, so BMW Toronto or Parkview would be the most convenient. Any recommended SA's at any of these three Dealerships (Toronto, Parkview, Budd's Oakville)? Seems like every-one rave's about Desmond Sie in old posts, but he is not an SA anymore, correct? Looking for the type that will go that extra mile. Thanks in advance. |

I've always found Maranello BMW to be good. I have a US car and have had a couple things done under warranty with them with no issues like 3 injectors replaced and flap rattle in exhaust fixed (I actually just got my car back from them today for the battery recall). Try them out

Tibor Muresan - Maranello BMW.
Cannot recommend him enough. Remembers my name every time i go in, whether it's been 6 days or 6 months since my last visit. Makes the visit personal. I once popped in unannounced at 4pm on a week-day and he still got me in for a last-minute oil change almost immediately, and he's very good at recommending work to be done in the future without pressuring you to do it right now.

Thanks for the suggestions so far, however they all seem to be Maranello, instead of requested Toronto, Parkview, or Budd's. Surprising, because I thought in the past Maranello was seen as not so good, except for parts?

Ended up going with Budds' Oakville to keep it in the family (since I purchased at Budds' Hamilton). At the end of the day, I think you get the best service in the same dealership family as you bought the car. More free loaners for customers, will slip you into the schedule more easily, might pass through borderline issues where others wouldn't, etc.
Dealt with Mike G and Reno. Had a great experience, and would recommend. |

Narith @ Parkview. Had been taken my cars to him for the last few years. Always gets 5 out of 5 every time.
