NOTES:

I am an honest seller and known well within the BMW community of Calgary so you can ask around and many will vouch for my vehicle and my integrity.

• Engine was replaced when the car had roughly 10-12000KM on it, so chassis has 69XXX on it and engine about 58XXX.

• Most work is done at my business partners performance shop so receipts are non-existent except for the work that has happened at BMW Calgary/Gallery such as the recent oil change (for free so I went there).

• Car has been in a rear ended collision, bumper had to be replaced and that is all.

• Front right rim has 2inch curb rash, Rear left rim has 1/2inch curb rash.

• Car has a lien on it, we can go to BMW together and that is where the money ($64,500, I will pay the remaining) would go and you can drive the car away the SAME DAY if I am not mistaken.

• Car is listed as having 2 owners because insurance was not being too kind with the renewal premium thus we put it into my father's name, you will be able to see the same address on both owners but rest assured I am the only one who has driven it from NEW.

• I might lose a lot of prospective buyers with the truth but I would rather be honest now than have you waste my time when you come by to look at it. There are ZERO surprises and I will pay for any inspection with a $5,000 DOWN PAYMENT. If inspection comes back anything less than spectacular I will refund your money, if not then the down payment is a commitment to buy and refunds will not be given.

ALSO, for those wanting to winter drive this beauty then feel rest assured that it is as capable as our 4.4i X5, if not better, when equipped with winter rims/tires.
