Weird sound from near the turbo

Hello!

Got a question about someones bmw 120d with a m47 engine on it.
Gonna try to attach some pictures and a soundclip about this. Anyone have any ideas about what could be causing this. Located near the turbo. Circled around the item that we expect to be making that noise.

it will start ticking as soon as you activate the car.. for example when you open the door.... when you start it.. and stop it, it will continue to tick. If you turn it off and close the doors... it will stop after a while.
