As this is my first PHEV and I've only had this 330e for a few days, I've charged for the first time from home and I'm surprised with the results.

The attached is what the MyBMW app suggests. 9miles on nearly a full charge? Surely that isn't right? Granted, the vehicle is a 2016; does the cell degrade? Can it be replaced if so? Am I just doing something wrong?

EDIT: I've driven to work this morning (12-13 miles) and sure enough, it didn't last the full drive, kicking my engine into gear after 9 miles. The stated mileage was 25-30miles with a real world range around the 17-18miles mark.
