Yeah still a little soft, but KG played like garbage in the first half so that helped. Still gotta do better in game 4!

I've got an idea: play Trevor Ariza more and put Vlad at the far end of the pine.

I have a way out there idea: play Mihm a few minutes and have him throw some "bows" and act like the Lakers have a pair.

A win is a win and I'll take it but Odom's gotta stop sleepwalking and Gasol's gotta stop play acting.

Yeah, good win tonight! Gasol needs to play tougher down low, I know it's not his game but he needs to put more pressure on the Bostons bigs. What's up with Odom, he's non existent?? It's about time some fouls calls were made in LA's favor, Kobe is the man. Vujacic had a great night as well, hope they carry it through to game 4.

+1! Why Phil is not playing Ariza more is beyond me. He is far better defensive player and is 100x more athletic than Radmanovic. If anyone wants to know how much more, click here!

gotta hand it to the lakers fans...they really believe their $#!% dont stink. before the finals, it was a foregone conclusion that the title was theirs. despite playing a team that had the best record, 3 all stars, homecourt advantage and were almost unbeatable at home. then boston wins their 2 games at home (surprise) and they all start making excuses/blaming refs. then after garnett and pierce have a horrible game, missing like 27 shots between them, rondo out for a long stretch, kobe having a killer game and parading to the ft line, and being back in la with the refs no longer on bostons side, boston almost pulls off a win. and yet you feel the momentum turning?

KG and Pierce will play much better in game four. KG was a no show but I never thought the celtics would go up 3-0.

my take is that the celtics defense is still very good keeping the Lakers to 80-90 points a game. If the celtics defense keep this up and not allow lakers to score triple digits, lakers are doom..........

Yeah, I wonder if all the pollution in that state is killing their brain cells.

KG and Pierce will come out pissed. Especially KG. When he was down on the block, they couldn't stop him, but he has this tendency to just long jumpers which really annoys the hell out of me.

I think you won't see much of anything from Gasol and Odom. On the big stage, both 7 footers have come up small.

Why is that so? Have you forgotten that the Celtics have basically laid down during away games for all of the playoffs? They did not win a single road game against the Cavs or the Pistons. KG and Paul Pierce have had a history of not playing well away from home.

Agreed the Lakers minus Kobe have been playing awful. But I dont really see the trend of the Celtics losing on the road changing anytime soon.

No, I didn't forget, but the fact is that when they needed a game, they've stepped up. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they beat the Pistons IN DETROIT to get to the finals? Can't remember for sure.

Not to mention the fact that while the Eastern Conference plays far uglier basketball than the west, the teams in the east are more physical and defense orientated. Only the Spurs come to mind as in the Western Conference.

The Lakers are a finesse team with no inside game and they're front line is getting beat up. Who else besides Kobe is going to step up? Vujacik? That was as much of a fluke as Powe scoring 21 points in game 2.

Lakers have a huge uphill battle. Celtics are definitely playing more aggressive than the Lakers, even in Game 3. I think our frontline is a little too weak for the Celtics. We need Odom, Gasol, and Turiaf to do a little pushing and grinding in the paint, hoping to put some intensity under the rim to provide pressure on KG and Perkins.

Kobe has improved his overall game in game 3 (with the exception of his free throws). He's finally charging the rim and breaking down the defense. Though our shooting is still considered weak, but thanks to Sasha for knocking down his jumpers totaling 20.

Lakers can not rely on these 18 and 22 footers to win the series, we need to improve our defense in the key and prevent 2nd chance opportunities. We can not allow Boston to get 14 offensive rebounds.

True Lakers fans understand that this whole foul calls or no-calls controversy is just a huge distraction. Lakers need to focus on playing the game right.
