E90 M3 back non folding seat
I have a non-folding w90 rear seat I’ve decided to sell. Great upgrade if you want to shed a few lbs in the back and stil have a seat (I think about 40 lbs lighter then folding. Seats packed up in storage, will pull out and take photos for those intrested

The first part is a non-folding seat has two pieces and upper and the lower
The folding seat has a lower that goes fully across an upper that goes from the center right seat to the center of the left seat and two side bolsters. By the upper piece being multiple sections, this will naturally require more weight for similar sturdiness. The same applies for the folding aspect there’s a large metal support bar in the bottom Of the upper section. Bar must be very thick and sturdy so each half can fold rather than create a brace system. Beyond the stronger structure, there’s also the added additional weight for the latch mechanism, which Hass to be a few pounds in itself
