pretty soon, people will figure out how to get past it and then later, companies will come out with a black box v2, then people will figure out how to get past it again..... look at the new DME's on our cars for example...

Some of my fellow UK members might know about this but here in the UK the Government is looking into a electronic 'blackbox' which controls the speed limit of the car in built-up areas and possibly throughout the entire country.
Frankly given the option I would pick a 'blackbox' which recorded the last minutes/seconds of an accident over one which controls the speed your car is capable of. On a safety point the latter could be very dangerous when a little extra speed could steam a possible accident. |

Well what you guys are saying, I agree with in that if every nissan is equipped with it, what difference does it make, right? But again, if I'm buying this vehicle for 70-80k+ easily and I take it to the track/race it, it says in the manual that you're not supposed to turn traction off or you will void warranty - wtf is that? they can use that damn black box to void your warranty?
