Which LPFP for ethanol/High octane?

I live in Salt Lake City and the only gasoline we have here is 91 octane. I've had to buy 54 gallon drums of E85. I've seen mixed reviews of people saying to get a stage 2 LPFP and others saying that a stage 1 Fuel it will suffice. I want to run E50, would a stage 1 lpfp suffice? Also want to get a JB4 for Map 7, can I run map 7 on the stock lpfp? We have a 100 octane pump about 20 minutes from here. Thank you everyone.

E50 would need about 25% more compared to gasoline. It also depends on how much boost one wants to run. If a gasoline 18psi map can run on stock pump, one can do the math based on that.
For 100 octane, depends on its stoicho...
