A few HID kit installation questions

Where do you mount ballasts for the low beam upgrade? Is is always required to have relay harness installed?

if you got a mtec kit, it should come with all the mounting brackets

On the driver side it would be easier than the passenger side for me. I have a coupe and the ductwork on the passenger side for the extra cooler would make it a hassle. Driver side right where the horn is mounted. Dont have pics, sorry. The passenger side is pretty much where you can fit it depending on the size of the box and whether you have the ductwork in there.
