Rear fog lights not working in Auto mode

2018 M3 F8X and my rear fogs don’t turn on when my head lights are in “auto” mode. They do turn on up when I manually turn the head lights on but I always run my car in auto mode so I’d really like to understand why they aren’t turning on in auto mode. I followed Tommy Garage’s coding and use a Veepak as my coding device and BimmerCode as my interface.
