Replacing LED back to Bulb Coding or Not!

Hi all,

I replaced all my turn indicators and brake lights to LED way back. I did the coding, but now I'm about to chop the car for a new motor from a BMW dealership.
This sounds a bit lame but could I just replace the halogen bulbs and not to the coding?

Thanks.

Yes, that should work without coding.
But if a lamp gets broken you will not get a message.
