Had a great weekend with the car.

On Friday, went to a shop for another mid-schedule oil change after runng 4000 miles on dealer oil. Switched it out for Liqui Moly again and the difference is noticeable! Also performed a wheel alignment after almost a year of suspension abuse. Toe angles were off for the left side wheels and got those corrected.

Yesterday, my friends and I headed into the Appalachian / Shenandoah valley for a day of scenic driving and wine tasting. We drove through Skyline Drive which runs alongside the Shenandoah and the M235i was so at home! All the nannies were turned off but the handling was so great and re-assuring. The rear tires did step out on a few hairpins but was very easy to instantly correct. Perfect mix of fun and excitement while being extremely forgiving. I didn't push it too hard as the posted limit was 35 and VA is by far the worst state when it comes to policing this, but even so it was such a blast!
