In an effort to facilitate Litos' weight loss regimen I've been abstaining from posting pictures all of that unhealthy, fatty, greasy (but oh so delicious!) restaurant food lol

Man I need to start losing some weight myself! I'm 6'0" and 200 lbs even which isn't awful but I can do a lot better. And let me assure you that's not mostly muscle

About 2 years ago i did P90x for about 3 months and lost 15 lbs (went from 200 to 185) and felt absolutely amazing. P90x is probably the best weight loss regimen in existence and it's something that I would highly recommend.

Litos for your convenience here's a link where you can stream all of the P90x videos!

http://pollystreaming.com/collection...rkout-Complete

If nothing else, I would suggest doing "Ab ripper X" once a day in the morning. However, be warned - you should start slowly. They recommend 25 reps (times 11 moves) but I would start at maybe 10 reps first because going 25 initially will make you SORE.

I made the mistake of going too hard too fast and I couldn't move properly for like a week

But yeah hell if you can do all of the videos (look up p90x schedules for which videos to do on which days) you will definitely lose weight in a hurry.

You need a pull up/chin up bar (which you can buy from Sears) and some free weights for P90x. Personally I have a 10 lb --> 25 lb variable dumb bell set in addition to an extra set of 35 lb-ers.

I do have a pull up/chin up bar that attaches to my closet door comfortably, but embarrassingly I literally cannot do even one full pull up. We have an exercise set in addition to this with a pull up bar that can be attached to any weight I want, so I use that as a substitute.

Beyond that, you'll be doing a lot of pushups and cross fit-type exercises.

By the way p90x is billed as a program that will get you "ripped" lol, but it's not really that. You will definitely build muscle because they make you do a lot of resistance training, but it's best to think of it as more of a weight loss regimen.

However, the resistance training is incredibly useful and you will build a little bit of muscle if you don't work out otherwise.

The Michelin guide isn't just based on food so its more than reasonable to find better food at a 1 star over a 2 or better food at a 2 star over a 3 star but I don't think you would find too many 1 stars serving better food than a 3 star.

The Michelin guides in the US are dumbed down significantly in order to fill a book of restaurants.

i definitely think there are 1 stars that taste better than 3 stars. heck i think there are unranked restaurants that taste better than starred ones.

i used the bones to make a scotch jus. i thought the peaty flavor of an islay scotch would pair well with the beef, but i though it didn't turn out as good as i wanted it to be. oh well. people still liked it and i had fun making it

That breakfast looks really good! But I would ditch the white flour wrap, white flour is easily digested into blood sugar.

That looks very good, and the soda waters are great also! Kale is packed with micronutrients, and phytochemicals that have been shown to reduce cancer risk.

I have decided that I am going to start counting calories again to lose the last 12 lbs. I would like to get really lean by summer. Here's what I ate for dinner tonight, guess how many calories was in all two plates?
