Mostly Daily Driver

Hey Guys,

I wanted some opinions regarding brake pads. I have a 6 speed 335i and will be replacing the brakes soon. I'm going with R1 rotors but am unsure if I should go with the posi quiet semi-metallic or posi quiet ceramic pads. I mostly drive my car calmly but do engage in races here and there and take turns relatively quickly every now and then. After some research, it seems like the ceramic pads may be too harsh on the rotor. I'm mostly concerned that it may cause the rotor to warp. Also, I understand that I cant expect the ceramics to give me the same level of initial bite. Based on my situation, what would you guys recommend, semi-metallic or ceramic?

Out of the two you just stated, go with the semi-metallic pads! PM me when you're ready to place the order or if you have any other questions!
