Cool Body Damage

I recently ended up with a big dent in the back bottom bumper of my car. I've never been in this kind of situation before so I don't know what to do.
1) Do you think (depending on how bad it is) can the dent be popped out or
2) Can the bottom back bumper be removed and replaced?

hard to tell w/o pic, it's possible, depends on the location and how the paint is flexing. Google around your neighborhood for paintless dent removal
