TPM!

Hi ya,
2 weeks back i have the TPM lighted up saying "low pressure on front left tire" and shortly before i have it aired up, it says ""low pressure on ALL tires".
Anyway, went the the gas station and got all tires to proper pressure and been driving around for the last two weeks without issue.

Yesterday, same thing happened and i realized i have a low pressure on my driver's tire (28psi).
I think i have a leak in my driver's tire and would appreciate if it is ok to replace both (was told not to run different tire on the same axle) tires to conventional tires (dealership claims i can't repair RFT).
Based on what i read, my TMS would not work if i switch to conventional tires .....pls comment if this is true.

Sorry for the long post.....complete newbie here .
btw, OE Bridgestone RFT 225/40R18 is what i'm running on my 2011 328i coupe if that matters.
