How Do I Turn Off ALL Granny Controls on an F30 335i?

So my car is now on tires I feel comfortable with given the stage 2 tune, exhaust, and a drop in aFe oiled pro filter for now.

Don't want to go too hard until the warranty is about up.

I noticed today when I turned off DSC manually by the stick it enters into some sort of "sport" mode and I'm not sure if that's sport or sport+.

However with the new stage 2 tune I was able to finally break traction and perform a turn how a sportline 335i with the M suspension should be able to handle.

My question is how do I stay in sport+ and all traction and DSC off?

I don't think you can. I recall reading that it can't be coded to default to sport or sport + either.
