Haha! For me, it's not exactly the same, but I hate when the Mrs. greets me in the morning with anything that's not "hello", "good morning", "hey", whatever. And in the evening with (again) "hello", "how's it going", "how was your day", etc... Even a simple "hi" is fine by me.

She's had a habit of asking me a million questions as soon as I open my eyes or telling me what (bad things) the kids had done that day as I'm setting foot in the door. By now, whenever she starts that I just walk past her and ignore her, but at first, that was really annoying!

The too cheery hubby is sitting on my way to the coffee pot (fail number one). Hubby starts: "Did you read the take home folders of the kids?"

"No"

"Did you sign the slips needed?"

"NO"

"Didn't I tell you to do that"

"No"

"I did, I'm sure I did"

"No"

"Did you sort out the laundry and find socks that match for the kids, I can wake them up soon and feed them, you can do the slips now"

"No".

"Why are you so moody in the mornings?"

"No"

Come on you slow man. It's been 10 years, do not talk to me about anything till the third cup. Do not wake up the kids. Do not ask if the dyslexic of the family can read papers printed out in a wrong font that I actually can not read, and I do not care if world is about to explode, the answer is no before the third cup.

He also hates I guess (not asking though, confirmation would mean I'd have to change my ways) that every time he comes home, I run away. I just mention if kids needs help with homework, and off I go. After he made fun of the active sound abt 3 months ago, no warm dinner, or dinner of any kind has been waiting for him.

We manage, only thing that we have problems with is serious topics before coffee, and filling out forms by hand. The later I can not do at all, since as told dyslexic and before coffee Lups will not explain this all again to him.

I'm happy to report i drink coffee fast, so in ten minutes I'm always a human again, it is needed after the 2 hours of sleep I get per night so he can sleep through our sons night terrors. I'd say I deserve the coffee before paper work and adulthood kicking in.

In America our wives should be constrained to the kitchen and the laundry room. Hell, if I had a choice I would put a single steel I beam through the center of the house and attach her to a chain so she can only go places I see fitting.
