All 4 O2 Sensors are throwing error codes

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering some trouble with my BMW, built in July 2007, and would appreciate any insights or advice you might have. Recently, I had a short with the A/C blower motor, and I replaced the power wire for the A/C blower motor harness. After this replacement, I started experiencing issues with the O2 sensors, and the following fault codes appeared: 2C9C, 2C9D, 2C9E, 2C9F.

I've checked the fuses in the passenger glove box, but I'm not entirely sure which fuses are connected to the O2 sensors. Unlike other models, I don't seem to have the fuses in the DME housing box. I would greatly appreciate anyone's help in solving this issue.

Thank you for your assistance!
