Owner History:
Currently third owner. First owner was ~3yr lease totaling 3,566mi (1,200mi/yr). Second owner purchased in 2014, kept in the Bay Area, sold to me in late July 2021 at 38,500k mi. I had the car shipped to Pennsylvania. Currently has 43k mi. Title in hand.

Condition:
The exterior condition is in very good condition. There are a few chips in the hood, visible in the pictures. The right-most corner of the front bumper is scuffed, and the right front wheel has a scrape along the outer rim (previous owner). Front bumper is pre-drilled for front plate mount. Carfax shows minor damage to rear bumper in 3/2016, which was corrected. Otherwise, the paint is in beautiful shape.

The interior is in near-new condition, as is visible in the pictures. The driver’s seat shows very minor wear for being 12 years old.

Service History:
All service history through 2021 is available via BMW DCS. Service history is available since 2021 via an independent BMW mechanic.

• Spark Plugs, Engine Oil and Filter, Rear Diff flush, Tires replaced – 40,565mi, 4/2022

This is a legit offer. Used cars are dropping at a steady rate with June seeing a large decline. Manheim reviews have some decent reads.

The previous owner said the bumper was scuffed and had paint correction to repair the scuff. I believe the repair was done by Caltech Auto Body in Milpitas, CA.
