Will this mark buff out ?

I noticed this on my bonnet today , no idea how it got there

It's about 30cm long but only 1mm wide

& it's a scratch not just a mark , but doesn't seem to be very deep

Come to think of ... I do have a habit of yanking the hose when I'm washing the boot

Might have caught the bonnet :/

It may be hose mark, or rather from gravel, stones picked up by wet hose.

I did similar to a car, I was very

So now I religiously avoid stuff over the car.

Can you feel it with your finger nail? If not it will buff our easy with a da polisher. If you can then it may not polish out but it would reduce significantly.

Looks like a plastic graze to me. If so it should polish out no problem and even by hand using the right stuff. If not then, like Torquein said, see if you can feel it with your finger nail. If it catches then chances are it wont fully polish out. However, these things can be hidden, again, using the right products.

Hope it comes out

Sure.

There are also some better, more abrasive polishes you can buy. Farcela G3 range is very popular.

Yes will be fine as long you don't press too hard. Very thick abrasive paste is that. Try and finish the area off with something with less cut.
