there's an upgraded thrust option, can some one explain it, is it gonna add power over the standard one?

I believe it is for durability and may help sustain boost but no real power is added from it. If someone has more knowledge please correct me if i am wrong

I asked the same question and all it does is add durability. I'm waiting on the VTT stage 2s to come out. All of their turbos come with the upgraded thrust.

From another forum. Personally, I'm coming up on 2 years with Rob's turbos installed. Fantastic product, great transaction. Just make sure you use a quality installer. Mine were installed by a BMW mechanic doing some side work. Replace the gaskets at the end of the turbo air inlet tubes during install.

can u tell what's the parts included with the RB kit, do i need to pay extra for the gasket?

LOL Rob said it well. Upgraded thrust is useful only if the turbo upgrade is not well done. You won't need it with RBs. Zero benefit.

Yea you should be fine. The RB thrust components are already pretty beefy. Get it done right and don’t abuse the crap out of it, there’s no reason for upgraded thrust parts IMO.

You should buy all install parts separately. Rob kept a parts list on another forum, but now I think he has something put together on his website, even sells a basic install kit:

Go to realoem,com and put in your car model and production month and year to be sure the part numbers listed at Rob's site are appropriate for your car.

On the intake gaskets, they are listed in white on Rob's list:

13717568029

So I went to realoem.com and for my 335 4/2007 build it matches those numbers. Do the same thing for your 135. When you are selecting areas to browse on realoem.com choose Fuel Preparation System and Intake Muffler, then choose the diagram below called Air Duct. An example for my 335 shows parts #2 and #10 in this diagram:

I replaced all my coolant hoses, waterpump, thermostat radiator overflow, radiator, hard piped radiator line and took out my subframe while I was at it (need to post a DIY) Ben a long while lol!

is the basic installation kit enough, or should i buy other parts from realoem..

basic kit is fine, although I would replace water pump/thermostat while you have it apart.
