Whisling noise on low revs

Hi everyone I need advice plse.

My 2011 523i F10 is making a loud whistling noise when I drive, specifically momentarily when I take my foot off the accelerator, and a continuous high pitch whine (screech or whistle) when I stop, for instance at a traffic light. It happens more often in the mornings on the first drive, and goes away when the car is either switched off and on again or when I drive it later in the day when warmer. It comes and goes. I have changed oil before, then it goes away. Not sure if oil related though. I use BMW LL01 oil and the car has 197000 km. Any help would be highly appreciated. I have a video I just dont know how to post and it is quite big since it is 3 min long.

Regards
Nicolene

It may be the oil filter that could be the cause of the whining noise. Sometimes the filter can have a tear, be collapsed or the oring can be torn which can be the reason why it goes away after an oil change at times. I hope this helps.

Id say it is more than likely a PCV valve issue

Yeah, I'd start there.
