340i xHP tune/custom settings question...

I drive a 2018 340i with X-Drive and have questions regarding custom settings within xHP. I am running Stage 2 93 from BM3.
I have watched a few videos regarding custom settings, most people focus on "Torque Reduction Upshifts", "Throttle Blips in M Mode", and "Engine Cut Shifting".
I am so damn confused on Throttle Blips in M Mode and have played around with two different guys' configurations and they are all lurchy as fuck when I down shift to slow down/engine break without applying throttle. Why would anybody want to increase those values and to make it seem like gears are being slammed together?

My main goal is to have my transmission completely smooth in comfort, but aggressive but not lurchy in sport/sportplus/m, and reliable. Ik, impossible on a BMW right? Pick two.

Can anybody please post their settings and kindly explain why they are running what they are running? I would deeply appreciate it.
Thanks.
