Ceramic Tint > windshield
Have you tinted your windshield for heat reduction or brightness? What % did you go with? I am thinking 35% - but wanted some feedback before paying 180$ to have it done. I live in a HOT state, and want to reduce interior temps in summer. I do use a sun shade almost every day as well

Pretty effective for heat and brightness at about 30% VLT. A >90% heat reduction film will treat you well.
Nice to cut the glare from modern headlights too. High quality sunshade is a must for times parked outside.

I did go with the 35% 3M ceramic tint. Lifetime warranty, and they did a good job. Ready for summer . . . was pricey, but maybe it will help save my dash in long run

I did the same last year and having a black car in SoCal I can say it (ceramic all around too) made a big difference. Ac doesn’t need to work as hard and I don’t really feel heat on my skin. Overall happy with it especially in the triple digit heat days.

I wish I knew this when I did my first windshield on my own car had one little hair piece on the left bottom corner, but was too scared to peel the tint back and try and remove it.
