i was suprised at how loud it is, considering it's OEM. I can't wait until break in is over, then i can post some vids of it at higher revs i can't wait to see how it'll sound

You have the BMW Performance power kit too? How are you liking it? Not many other members with it (if any). Interested in hearing what you think.

The Power Kit is definitely Noticeable, the car comes onto boost faster and seems to have a bit more midrange (as if the 335 was ever lacking ) The up-rated fan is no louder than the stock unit, and the extra oil cooler was definitely a good idea by BMW, to make sure the extra power doesnt ruin the reliability. The re-flash supposedly took 4 hrs, so if you are getting this, expect to not have your car for 2-3 days at least including the installation of the fan and oil cooler. I cannot say enough good things about the exhaust. The sound is PERFECT. No drone at highway speeds, and the burble is by far the best part. It really only gets loud when you get on it, if you are just cruising its still loud, but not obnoxious in any way, but still noticeable unlike the Dinan Free-Flow system, which sounds exactly the same as stock. This car is a demo, so the Power Kit and Exhaust were installed at the VPC as part of a dealer promotion program. The Exhaust will set you back $1,800 and I really have no clue as to the price of the Power Kit.
