BMW Performance side skirt decals

Does anyone have the BMW Performance side skirt decals on their 135? I would like to see a photo of a few cars for reference. The decals I am referring to are the matte black with the M performance wording on them.

I have the BMW Performance wording but not the M Performance wording. Technically there wasn't M Performance parts available for the 135 so I opted for the BMW Performance.

There is one person that had them custom done and put on his 135is. Search the 135is Owners Show Us Your Cars thread and hopefully you can find it. BMW doesn't make them for our car and there are no compatible ones out there, so it seems to be custom or bust.

I had mine custom made for my 135i. Went to a vinyl wrapping place. Took them about 1/2 an hour to design in CAD and then print out using their vinyl cutter machine.

Cost about $30...

Here's a link to the page with the member's photo I spoke of earlier. Scroll down a bit and you'll see a picture of it in post 1823.

bmwdecals.com probably has what you are looking for. That's where I bought mine. Very high quality and reasonable price.

Thanks guys for the replies, Nice photo. I've sourced a seller in the UK that sells them for the new 1 series hatch and he tells me it should fit our cars so I might just pull the trigger to see how it comes out. Of course I'll post photos of the finished product.

I found out that these decals from this particular seller won't fit on our cars and I didn't want to risk having to modify the decal and not having it look good so I am going to have the same guy that did my roof wrap attempt to do these pieces for me. It's going to be another custom job. Sorry for the let down........

Like I said, it's going to have to be custom, so looks like it's the black piece wrapped/custom done, then the emblem/logo goes on top of that. Supposedly it isn't that hard, at least for a pro. Good luck and share some pics if and when you do it. Definitely looked awesome the way it was done on that white convertible, I gotta say.

Not sure I understand the decal not 'fitting'. The body is relatively smooth on the skirt. I would just order a few from bmwdecals.com and give them a try. Each of these decals comes on a single backing sheet but applies as individual letters so they go on easily around body contours while retaining perfect spacing.

Alternatively. I bought a few of these to try instead of the ones I currently have on my car (below)

Or you could avoid the M and go with the BMW Performance. This is what is currently on my car. The PICS aren't very good but they are dark grey.

I think you misunderstood me...The part that doesn't fit was the matte black stripe. It was cut to fit the molded aero part of the side skirt on the F series car, not the e82 skirt. That is the part I need to get custom done at the wrap shop. The decals that will overlay on top of the matte black is the easy part. Sorry for the confusion.

Made my appointment to get the skirts done on the 25th of this month. I'll post some photos when it's finished.
