As most of you guys have heard that the Bimmerfest venue had been moved from St. Barbara to May 22nd @ the Rose Bowl, Pasadena.

Just wondering if any of you guys interested in driving down together?

It all depends on ur budget. Gas for the trip is about $500/car, if you share cost with the passengers it'll be alot cheaper.

Lodging also will be shared as most of us will bunk in few BIG suites. But if you need a room of ur own, you'll welcome to do so.

Other than that everything else is entertainment and food (you name ur own price $$). Entertainment might be a lil higher as some of us will be hitting up Hollywood over the weekend.


Some of the guys in forum have done the whole trip with $400 and some have gone higher $$ but on avg if you have 1-2 pasengers and sharing the suites, the total expenses would probably in the $600-700 range.

Let me know if it is because of the schedule, because we have a couple groups that are leaving on different days that week...
As for our group, we're planning to head out Wed evening (Depending when the VanBC group will arrive in Seattle)... We will caravan south to SFrisco by thurs (via PDX).

Fri morning we will be meeting the rest of the PNW group (CCA guys) and the Baybimmerz crew to roll down to Pasadena, via LA and St. Barbara. Expect about 300-350 cars in this caravan. Arriving in Pasadena friday afternoon.

Then I dont think I need to explain the details of whats gonna happen that weekend. LOL!!




ps: This is one of the most fun you will have with your car.
I'll be on my 7th bimmerfest and nothing beats the fun of meeting new friends through out the county and an EPIC roadtrip with other BMWs with "ill-taste" decals down in the californian sun!
