Style 230 authentic Powder coated black

Black powder coated style 230. They were powder coated black and there were r cracks that were repaired by union rim repair

SO were these rims installed on the car after powdercoating ?
If not how come the weights are still attached to the wheels ( stick ons ) ?
It is clear to see on the pictures.
If powdercoating was used then the weights would come off from the temperature in the over.
If the rims were used after powdercoating, who would use black stick on weights for balance, I have seen grey and silver never black.
I'm not trying to dishonor the value of the wheels, just think there is more to the refinishing story... maybe ?

yes they were installed after powdercoating, then got the crack and I got them repaired. Why wouldnt they use black stick on weights on black rims? lol
